Sansebay hotel

Opened in spring 2017, SANSEbay HOTEL enjoys a privileged location at the edge of San Sebastián’s Old Town, next to the harbour. It offers stunning sea views, is close to the beach, at the gateway to Mount Urgull, and right in the city centre.
Its accommodation offering includes 29 rooms and several elegantly designed apartments.

● Bus lines 5, 8, 9, 13, 16, 21, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31 and 42, operated by Dbus, have stops near the hotel.

Please note

The accessible pedestrian route runs along the harbour walls, parallel to Mari Street, with virtually no changes in level.

Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility

● The hotel has a robotic garage. Vehicles access the garage via a lift.
● Prior notice is required to use the garage; upon arrival, hotel staff will park the car.
● PRM parking spaces are available on Aldamar Street, 450 metres away.
● Additional PRM parking spaces are available on Garibai Street, 550 metres away.
● There are PRM spaces in the Boulevard car park, 450 metres from the hotel.
● The pedestrian route between parking areas and the hotel entrance is barrier-free when using the elevated path along the walls, parallel to Mari Street.

The hotel is located in the Old Town, a pedestrian area with restricted vehicle access.

● Seating available at reception and in the café.
● The hotel has stairs and lifts.
● There are two lifts, both accessible to wheelchair users.
● One lift is located next to the entrance and provides access to the first floor. Dimensions: 110 cm x 140 cm, with a clear door width of 90 cm.
● The second lift provides access from the ground floor to the four upper floors. Dimensions: 120 cm x 140 cm, with a clear door width of 90 cm.
● The lifts have Braille and raised-relief buttons inside and outside, as well as visual floor indicators.
